Electronic Application Instructions

You must be connected to the Internet to accomplish the following steps!

1)Applicants must download the free Formatta Filler software by clicking the below button and selecting OPEN, then following the installation instructions. Once installed, a registration form will automatically appear. Completing the registration form is optional, you may close the form without registering!

2) After Formatta Filler has been successfully installed, click on the link below: "Ohi County Superintendent Application Form". A new window will appear asking: "Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?" Click on Save and select "Desktop" from the drop down menu. Then click Save.

3) The application form may then be opened by double clicking the file "OhioCountySuperintendentApplicationForm.pff" you saved on your desktop. Save your changes as you work on the application form in order not to lose any information.

4) Once the application form is completed, you must submit the application by following the instructions included on the form's last page.

Note: Should you have difficulty submitting the application via e-mail, you may forward a hard-copy to:
